There are several ways you can enjoy personal training with me:

In person as part of an inclusive program, which will track your progress from start to finish or alternatively you can attend individual sessions – and note that block booking 5 or 10 sessions reduces your cost!

The 6 week Basic program includes a body composition and fitness assessment at the start and end of the program. This enables a baseline from which we can track your progress over the course of the program. Two personal training sessions are scheduled per week and you will also receive a personalised Home Training Program, so that you can continue to improve once you have completed the program.

The 6 week Premium program includes all of the above components, plus a nutritional plan for you to follow to help you lose body fat, increase muscle tissue and improve your health overall.

The Buddy Up package is a great way to get fit – with a friend, partner or family member. Twice the fun, but at a reduced cost for you both.

Online training is available, whereby you will receive a personalised training program that you can take to your gym, or do at home, depending on your circumstances. These programs are best refreshed every couple of months so that you continue to see progression.

A Skype training session is particularly helpful if you are unsure of whether you are performing an exercise correctly. It enables me to see your form, take note of your progress and iron out any issues that you may have with specific movements.
