The Kettlebell Cure Intermediate Program has been developed for men and women who are ready to take the next step in their kettlebell training. This course should be taken after completion of the Beginners Program. New exercises, techniques plus drills and workouts are all included in this comprehensive program, with all the movements taken step by step via both video and photographical cues, to enable you to put everything into practice safely and effectively.
As you have experienced from your first exposure to kettlebells via the Beginners Program, kettlebell training offers a myriad of health benefits and is something that anyone, of any age, can do. It not only provides a resistance workout, improving markers such as bone density and lean muscle tissue, but it also develops cardiovascular health whilst improving joint health due to the non-impact nature of the training. Flexibility and core strength are also areas that will continue to improve.
Kettlebell training provides functional fitness which develops overall physical health, as well as the mental health benefits that exercise has been demonstrated to provide to the brain, giving you the opportunity to live your life to its fullest.

The Kettlebell Cure Intermediate Course takes you on the next step in your journey of mastering the kettlebell. Moving forward to new techniques and exercises – and perhaps incorporating some heavier weights – the Intermediate program guides you through more extensive and complex movements.
As always, you will be receiving quality coaching from trained and experienced kettlebell coach, Lisa Bailey. Each module has been carefully developed to enable you to progress your kettlebell training, simply, effectively and safely.
